NEW COLLEGE CHOSES 3E LED FDR PRISMA LUMINAIRES FOR CLASS ROOMS

3E (UK) Ltd suppled a range of luminaires for the new College in South London. The value of the contract was over £130,000 and the 3E UGR19 compliant LED FDR Prisma luminaires were chosen for the class rooms.

514 of the 26 Watt versions replaced the originally specified 1 x 55 Watt PL-L fitting, and 92 of the 36 Watt version were chosen in place of the originally specified 2 x 40 PL-L fittings.

This resulted in a 57% and 63% energy reductions respectively, saving over £6,800 per year in electricity costs with a payback in 2.82 years.
